The Meat Monster™ is unique because it works well both as a smoker and a grill, capable of handling large or small quantities of food. The main cooking chamber has two inches of insulation. Its superior insulation and unique double deck cooking design combine to make it extremely efficient, predictable and easy to use. The Meat Monster™ is a great choice for caterers, competition cookers, or family use. We now have 2 different versions of the Meat Monster™.  We have the Meat Monster™ Offset Firebox, MMOF, and now we have the Meat Monster™ Internal Firebox, MMIF.  Both of these cookers are FULLY insulated.
