Peoria Cookers Manufacturing Excellence
All of our round-style smokers are constructed using ¼-inch thick rolled steel plates cut to exact dimensions. With our pallet racks stocked with new, high-quality steel, your cooker can enter immediate production based on the individual options you select. As part of our commitment to quality, only new steel is used at our facility. While we are happy to build exactly to your specifications, we also stand ready to discuss available options and provide expert suggestions during the selection process.

Integrity Welding’s Expertise
Integrity Welding offers comprehensive services, including production, repair, custom fabrication, laser cutting, and forming. Conveniently located in Central Illinois, our 16,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with approximately 30 welding machines capable of MIG, TIG, and resistance welding processes. Our certified welders bring years of experience and advanced techniques to every project.

​The combined expertise of Integrity Welding and Fabrication Co., LLC and Peoria Cookers under new ownership brings superior craftsmanship and innovation to their manufacturing process. The flagship model, the Meat Monster™, is a standout product that combines performance with efficiency, serving as both a smoker and a grill. Constructed with ¼-inch steel and featuring 2-inch ceramic insulation, the Meat Monster is fully insulated, allowing it to burn unattended for over 20 hours. Its double-deck cooking design enhances capacity and predictability, making it ideal for cooking anything from a few hot dogs to a whole hog. Available in two configurations—the Meat Monster Internal Firebox (MMIF) and the Meat Monster Offset Firebox (MMOF)—it is versatile enough for family use or large gatherings of up to 150 people.

TRAILERS

​In addition to cookers, the partners excel in trailer construction, ensuring reliable transportation for their products. All trailers are built using ¼ or 3/8-inch-thick steel channels and feature Dexter "Torflex" torsion axles with "E-Z Lube" maintenance capabilities for a smoother ride and reduced road shock. High-quality Bulldog couplers, trailer jacks, soldered connections, and sealed trailer lights enhance functionality and durability. Each trailer undergoes rigorous highway testing before release to ensure safety and performance. As a licensed trailer dealer in Illinois, Peoria Cookers provides customers with all necessary paperwork, including an official Certificate of Origin.
